The information we collect depends on how you interact with DataDine.

  • Account details: your name, business name, email address, password hash, role permissions, and billing contact information.
  • Workspace content: menu data, product catalogs, ingredient entries, internal notes, and operational settings that you choose to upload.
  • Usage information: page views, feature interactions, button clicks, session length, and basic event logs that help us troubleshoot.
  • Technical information: device type, browser version, operating system, language settings, IP address, and approximate geolocation based on network data.
  • Support communications: messages you send us, feedback, call notes, and issue attachments shared for troubleshooting.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data unless you choose to include it in support communications. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data when it is not necessary.

Payment card details are processed by our payment partners and are not stored in full on DataDine systems.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it so it can no longer be linked to you.

If you close your account, you can request export of eligible data before deletion.
